At Dryvow, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order ID and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
